We both felt a little anticlimactic last week when Chris finished work on our extension. Perhaps we should have thrown a party! What we cannot do is let the moment pass without fulsome words of thanks.
From our first meeting with you we were impressed by your professional and caring attitude to the project. Your approach, and that of your team and sub-contractors, has been exemplary. You were punctual, courteous and, above all, tidy. The standard of workmanship is excellent. Inevitably there have been alterations and variations to the original plans. Your advice has been invaluable and we were also appreciative of your realistic attitude towards the costs of extras/omissions. As you know we have already recommended you to many of our friends and shall continue to give your firm our whole-hearted endorsement. If you would like any potential clients to view the work you have done here we should be only too pleased to show them round. |
